Terms of service
Last updated: 10 October 2026. Version 0.1.
1. Who we are, and what these terms cover
Voice Analytica is a service provided by Wealth Analytica Ltd, registered in England and Wales. "Voice Analytica", "we" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the business or the agency that opened the account.
These terms cover your use of the Voice Analytica platform, the mobile and web applications, and the marketing website. By creating an account, starting a trial or using the service, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.
Our privacy notice explains what we do with personal data, and forms part of these terms.
2. The free trial
The trial lasts 7 days and does not need a card. It gives you the plan you chose, with its allowances, so you can judge the product on real work.
When the trial ends, you choose a plan or the account becomes read-only. We keep your data for 30 days after that, in case you come back, and then delete it. Nothing is charged automatically, because we never took a card.
We may decline a trial, or end one early, if it is being used to abuse the service rather than to evaluate it.
3. Plans, fees and billing
Ask us for current prices on the contact page. Business plans are priced per user per month. Agency plans are a flat monthly fee with unlimited users, and include a set number of client workspaces.
Plans run month to month. There is no minimum term and no onboarding fee. You can change plan at any time from your settings, and the change takes effect from your next billing date. Cancelling stops the next payment; we do not refund part months.
Some things are charged on top of the plan, at cost plus a small margin, and are shown on your bill:
- Call minutes and telephone numbers.
- Sending text messages.
- Connected social accounts beyond the number included in your plan.
- Emails beyond your monthly allowance, charged at £4 per 1,000.
Allowances reset on the first of each month. If you reach an allowance before then, the feature stops until it resets rather than running up a bill you did not agree to. Emails over the allowance are the exception, because a campaign already in flight cannot be stopped half way, and those are charged at the rate above.
Payment is by card through Stripe. If a payment fails we will tell you, and try again. If it stays unpaid we may suspend the account, and we will tell you before we do.
We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you send and who you send it to. In particular:
- Email. You must have a lawful basis for marketing to every person you email, and you must honour unsubscribes. We honour them across every list automatically, but the duty is yours. You must not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email.
- Calling. You must not call anyone registered with the Telephone Preference Service for marketing without their consent. The service checks numbers against the TPS before dialling and refuses those it should not call, but that check is an aid, not a substitute for your own compliance.
- Recording. If you record calls, you are responsible for telling people and for any consent the law requires. The service plays a recording notice by default. Do not switch it off unless you are sure you may.
- Social platforms. You must keep to the rules of each network you post to.
- Content. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- The service itself. Do not try to break it, overload it, resell it without our agreement, or use it to build a competing product.
If you breach this section we may suspend the account. Where the problem is fixable, we will tell you and give you the chance to fix it first.
5. Our AI features
Voice Analytica writes text using artificial intelligence. It is a drafting tool. It can be wrong, and it can produce something that does not suit your business. Everything it writes is for you to read and approve before it is sent, and you remain responsible for what goes out under your name.
Where the AI runs. The model behind Voice Analytica runs on Microsoft Azure. It is not used to train any model, ours or anyone else's, and it is not kept once the request has been answered.
Do not rely on the AI output as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
6. Your data
Your data is yours. We claim no ownership of your contacts, your content or your results.
You are the controller of the personal data you put into the service, and we are your processor. Our processing is described in the privacy notice, and we will enter a data processing agreement with you on request.
You can export your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete the account and everything in it. We will do that within 30 days, except where we are required to keep something by law, and except for backups which roll off on their own schedule.
We use sub-processors to run the service, including cloud hosting, email delivery and AI providers. The current list is in the privacy notice. We will tell you before adding one that handles personal data.
7. Agencies and their clients
If you are an agency, you control the client workspaces under your account. You decide who gets access, and you are responsible for what your staff and your clients do in them.
Where a client pays us directly and you also have access to their workspace, they are the controller of their own data and you are acting for them. Our agreement is with whoever is paying.
If your account ends, we will work with you and your clients on getting their data out.
8. Service, support and changes
We aim to keep the service running at all times, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Planned maintenance, which we will give notice of where we can, and faults outside our control, are not breaches of these terms.
We improve the service continuously. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something significant from your plan, we will tell you and you may cancel.
Support is by email at [email protected]. Scale and agency plans get priority.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that: we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not responsible for what your own marketing achieves, or fails to achieve. Voice Analytica tells you what happened; what you do about it is your decision.
10. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from your settings. We can end the agreement if you do not pay, if you breach these terms and do not put it right, or if we are required to by law. We will give you notice and a chance to export your data in every case except where the law does not allow it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
