Everything your sales and marketing needs, in one place

Each part works on its own and gets better alongside the others: a website visit can prompt a call, a call outcome can move a deal, and an email click can create a follow-up task.

Stage 1 of 5

Generate

The AI writes the campaign, the post and the sequence, in your voice and your brand, for you to check before anything goes out.

Written, not agonised over.

What you get: You approve the work instead of writing it.

Stage 2 of 5

Schedule

Content lands on the calendar by itself, across every channel you use. Tasks appear when they are due, and approvals sit in the way only where you want them.

It runs without being run.

What you get: Nothing waits for a spare afternoon.

Stage 3 of 5

Deliver

Email from your own domain, posts on every channel, calls from the same screen, and a website that tells you when a known contact comes back.

Every place your buyer actually is.

What you get: One place to send, one record of what went out.

Stage 4 of 5

Track

Opens, clicks, replies, calls, visits, pages read and forms filled, all recorded against the contact that did it, as it happens.

Nothing sent in the dark.

What you get: You can see who is interested before they tell you.

Stage 5 of 5

Attribute

When a deal closes, the touches in the run up to it share the credit. The report names the touch that earned it, and the ones that did not.

Every touchpoint, credited.

What you get: Budget moves to what works, because you can prove which is which.

Every channel

Eleven channels, and what we handle on each

Write once. Voice Analytica fits the post to the network, respects that network's rules and publishes it on the schedule. Nothing is posted anywhere by accident, and nothing is rejected for being the wrong size.

  • LinkedIn Your profile and your company page, where most business-to-business deals start. Long posts and articles are fine. A link in the first comment, because LinkedIn shows a post with a link in it to fewer people. 3,000 characters
  • Facebook Your business page, for local customers and the people who already know you. Long posts welcome, with a first comment posted straight after if you want the link out of the main text. 63,000 characters
  • Instagram Feed posts and carousels, where the picture does the work. Instagram will not take a post without an image or video, so Voice Analytica will not let you schedule one that would be rejected. Links are not clickable there, so they go in the first comment. 2,200 characters
  • X Short posts and threads, for news, comment and quick replies. X counts every link as 23 characters whatever its length, and so do we, so the count you see is the count X will charge you for. 280 characters
  • WhatsApp Messages to contacts who have opted in, not a public feed. Broadcasts go to the people who agreed to hear from you, with the same approve-then-send step as everything else. 4,096 characters, sent as a message
  • Threads Short posts for the audience you have built on Instagram. Scheduled alongside everything else, in the same voice. 500 characters
  • Bluesky A growing network for technology and media audiences. Short posts, scheduled from the same calendar. 300 characters
  • TikTok Short video, reach beyond the people who already follow you. Video with its caption, scheduled like any other channel. 2,200 characters
  • YouTube Video and Shorts, and the descriptions that make them findable. Publish video with a full description and tags. 5,000 characters
  • Pinterest Pins that keep sending people to your website long after you post them. Pins need an image, so Voice Analytica checks before it schedules. 500 characters
  • Google Business Profile The updates and offers on your Google listing, where local customers look first. Post updates and offers straight to your listing. 1,500 characters

Three connected accounts are included and kept connected for you. Each one after that is £20 a month, dropping to £10 past thirteen.

Every module in detail

What is inside each part

The detail behind the five stages, module by module.

Pipeline that fits how your sector sells

Choose one of 10 sector templates or build your own. Deals move along when something real happens, so the board stays up to date without nagging.

  • Standard stages, fields and starter follow-ups for each sector.
  • Stage suggestions from call outcomes, booked meetings, email replies and proposals sent.
  • Switch optional stages on or off, or build a fully custom pipeline.
  • Several pipelines per workspace, each with its own stages and rules.

Contacts and companies with the full story

Every call, email, meeting, note and website visit appears on one timeline, so anyone on the team can pick up where someone else left off.

  • Import from a spreadsheet, with duplicates spotted for you.
  • People linked to their companies.
  • Notes and a complete activity timeline.

Tasks that do not get lost

See your day as a list or a board. Assign work to a colleague and they get an email straight away.

  • Due dates, owners and links to the deal or contact.
  • Board and list views.
  • Tasks created automatically by journeys and insights.

Meetings in the same place as the deal

Book meetings, send invites and see what is coming up this week. A meeting booked can move the deal on by itself.

  • Calendar view of the week.
  • Invites sent and tracked.
  • Calendar feed you can add to the calendar you already use.

Outbound calling without the faff

Click to call from any contact, or work through a call queue. Log the outcome in one tap and the next step is set for you.

  • Call queues for focused calling blocks.
  • Outcomes, notes and recordings saved to the contact.
  • Call reports by person and by week.
  • A recording notice played by default, and UK numbers checked against the do-not-call list before dialling.

Email campaigns from your own domain

Design and send campaigns that come from your domain, not ours, so your sending reputation stays yours. Sending runs through Mailgun.

  • Opens, clicks and replies tracked per contact.
  • Unsubscribes honoured across every list automatically.
  • Replies and clicks turned into follow-up tasks.
  • New accounts start with a sensible daily limit that rises as your sending stays clean.

Sequences and journeys that follow up for you

Build simple step-by-step flows of emails, tasks, waits and branches. Starter journeys come with every sector template.

  • Start a journey from a form fill or a stage change.
  • Branch on opens, clicks and replies.
  • See how many people are at each step at a glance.

Social posting in your own voice

Plan, draft and schedule posts for LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram, and send WhatsApp messages, from one planner. Connections run through Zernio.

  • AI drafts in your tone of voice, for you to edit.
  • One calendar for every channel: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and WhatsApp.
  • Three connected accounts included, set up for you, then £20 a month each.
  • Optional approval step before anything is published.

Know who is looking at your website

Add a small snippet to your site. Visits from people who clicked your emails appear on their contact record, and strong interest is flagged.

  • Pages, sources and form fills per visit.
  • "Hot visitor" alerts, for example two visits to your pricing page.
  • Signals feed straight into pipeline suggestions.

The attribution report

Pipeline credited to each touchpoint, over any period you choose. Multi-touch credit is the default on every plan, not an upgrade.

  • Every won deal split across the touches that led to it.
  • The touch that opened the door and the one that closed it, named.
  • Pipeline value by touchpoint, so budget follows the evidence.
  • The same report per client, under an agency's own brand.

AI insights and reports

A weekly summary of what is working across calls, campaigns, social and pipeline, with suggested next steps you can act on in one click.

  • Weekly insights in plain English.
  • Campaign, call and pipeline reports.
  • Each workspace has its own AI allowance, so costs stay predictable.

  • Public roadmap page in your brand.
  • Feedback widget for your website or app.
  • Votes show you what matters most to your customers.
